KBH CLAIMS, LLC to submit estimate for repairs and photo sheet to the carrier for review. KBH CLAIMS, LLC representative will follow up with carrier every 48 hours until carrier provides approved estimate and/or responds with either revised estimate. In the event there are still missing line items, KBH CLAIMS, LLC will request the carrier to put in writing the reason for denial of missing items. Backend Assist assignments are $300.00 each.
